Can taste the yuzu and white grape giving it a sour twang. Very refreshing

Je m'attendais à une berliner weisse au vue de l'étiquette mais en goût on est sur une au blé classique avec des zestes d'agrumes exotiques (Yuzu) saupoudrer d'acidité. C'est toujours pas mon style mais je reconnais que c'est bien réalisé.

Very pale with only a little haze is this one off brew by the Cloudwater. Wheaty and citrus aromas. Sharp but not overly sour with an almost dry and clean finish. Persistent wheatyness that outweighs the grapefruit and yuzu. I love yuzu but it's not strong enough for me here. The grapefruit comes through about as prevalent as the yuzu which again is a bit disappointing. Light and thin mouthfeel with decent carbonation, light body and a medium to long finish where the wheat and citrus lives. Tastes likes a session or weak Weiss yet it clocks in at 5.5% ABV, so I guess it hides it quite well. Light and easy drinking with sime sharpness. Fruity and wheaty.
