Beautiful pink colour and hazy. Self described as a Latin style alcoholic lemonade rather than a sour. Quite light and fresh citrus and floral aromas. First sip is quite sour, nice and tart after that. Dry, wheaty and fast finish, and clean. Soft and easy drinking with the tartness subsiding. Light in body and fizzy mouthfeel. It's simple pink lemonade sour style brew, quite approachable but then thus it's not outstanding either. EDIT: it turns out the pink element is via raspberries and strawberries.
