Very lively though only minimal head is retained, very pale and very clear with only a slight haze. It smells like Erdinger or another German lager, citrus and coriander. Light light light in the mouth with no body and a short to medium finish. Crisp and clean but not without flavour, light citrus with a dry wheat finish. As you'd expect. It's not exciting but it's easy drinking. Gentle fruit and spice continue from sip to swallow.
