A big DIPA brewed with our friends from Range Brewing in Australia. Extra pale malt with a
sprinkling of spelt provides a simple, clean base. A sticky combo of Galaxy, Idaho-7, Eclipse
and Citra brings loads of passionfruit, and peach up front followed by sweet lemon and candy.
A firm bitterness keeps things neat at the finish.

Deep and dark amber colour and very hazy. Rich peach and bright citrus on the nose with a sense of big body to come.
Pillowy soft mouthfeel with medium.body and short to medium finish. Though the flavour of peach and passionfruit is quite strong this brew doesn't completely hide the 8.5% ABV, in fact it's quite noticeable and even adds heat after swallowing. It is big and quite lush even if the alcohol is as well covered as a Polly's DIPA or a different Deya for that matter. If you want to drink a brew which you know is a DIPA then this is it. The Citra is fairly prominent, providing citrus flavours and even adding bit of pine at the end.
I'd rather have a "Light Grey One" by Cloudwater or any DIPA with less heat on it. Still, this is high quality stuff and pleasant.
