Today’s my birthday so I thought I’d celebrate by sampling this posh lager; it’s a beautiful German-style beer that pours a sparkling gold with a big white head and has hints of sweet malts. The taste is wholesome and slightly fruity with a taut bitterness in the finish. If champagne was a beer, this would qualify.
