Clear, strawberry-juice-colored cider. Abrupt carbonation gives a hasty head that dies really fast. The scent is like apple juice. I can pick apple also in the taste, nothing else. I somehow anticipated that this was a cider made of something else than apple but obviously I was wrong. This is an Apple Cider. The mouthfeel is light, refreshing, carbonated, sparkling and juicy. It's not sweet but moderately dry actually. Not bad.
