With this one, we relied on an extra dose of flaked rye to create a viscous base with a subtle spiciness to underpin the hoppy bitterness. Hot and cold side hopping with now-classic Amarillo, Chinook and Citra provided for a beautifully clear aroma of honeydew melon, mango and freshly squeezed orange juice that goes nicely with the next sip of the same. Amarillo, Chinook & Citra humaloitu & Ruishiutaleilla keitetty Ruis IPA.
Maku on alkuun pehmeän sekahedelmäinen, näyttäen myös vehnäisen oloista makeutta. Katkero kasvaa yli tässä. Ruishiutaleet ovat tuossa, mutta omaan suuhun humalakatkerot on aavistuksen turhan roolissa. Citra pelastaa sen, minkä pystyy. Runko on samettisen hedelmäsoseinen, pehmeäkuplainen ja takanapakka.
