Was desperate to try this, alas it has sold out when I got paid... Fortunately a nearby venue had a tap takeover and have a canning machine JACKPOT! The basil is very prominent on the nose. Ironically alot of the beers I have had that are named after foods don't taste all that much like the food. This however definitely does seem to balance that tomato and basil flavour to make it, indeed reminiscent of school lunch pizza. It's unusual to say the least. Luckily I bought two of them and really I'm not sure why I did that? Maybe because I struggled to get hold of it initially? But I digress.. It is a fantastic beer and I'm so glad I had the chance to try it!

Really does taste like a margherita pizza. Surprisingly nice too.
