A super low haze, bright and clean all rounding off to a balanced bitterness. All achieved from the combination of Citra, Idaho 7 and Simcoe Hops. Sitting somewhere between an IPA & a lager. We took the sessional aspect of a light lager and the hopping techniques of an IPA while using rice to make up 30% of the malt bill to lower the malt profile and really let the hops shine. Lager yeast is fermented warmer to employ a clean and bright profile with a nod to the continental styles we love.
