This has a medium+ roasted malt taste that has just a hint of char to it. Also has some light+ dark cherry & very light dark chocolate that is slightly bitter. Finishes a little dry and bitter. I’m glad I had a palate cleansing Stella after my previous honey mead lager. I really enjoyed the aspects of this beer and think any lingering honey would have ruined it.
