Sharp juniper in the scent. Somewhat citrusy. Lofty juniper in the taste, too. Sour lemon zest, grapefruit pith. Too citrusy. The producer says it's "too old" since it's now three weeks old. I don't buy it, I've tasted many Sahtis that are older. Something else wrong here. 🤔
