Flight 2/5. Hazy, of course. The color is marginally darker than the previous beer. Fluffy head again. Retention is shorter than in beer #1. Orange, tangerine and mango form the olfactory supply that is remarkably tamer than that of the previous drink. The tongue likes tangerine, mango, coconut, peach and orange, with a faint dry-grassy hint. Tasty but fails to yield the quality of the previous beer. The body is light-medium to medium. More within the range that I anticipate. The end loses some of its sweetness and raises instead modest pineyness. The mouthfeel is light-medium, zesty, tropical, soft and smooth. Also marginally crisp.

Un bar déjà bien installé dans la craft qui propose maintenant ses propres bières, c'est pas banal. On est sur une Dipa type anglaise, le terme cloudy est approprié. C'est nuageux, crémeux avec des notes fruitées de mangue. On devrait sûrement les voir inondé le marché prochainement.
