Boy, did this beer want out of the bottle! As soon as the cork wasn't air tight anymore, it started squirting out. The same, very fine carbonation that is nice in the drink had apparently build up some pressure. Aroma is very distant but is reminiscent of a Witbier. Besides the fine carbonation mentioned earlier, it is clear and it is white to blond coloured. At first it pours just foam, but that quickly reduces to a nice head an then promptly dies until a lace ring remains. The pallet is crisp, subtle and refreshing. There are hints of citrus, orange peel and cilantro (none of it actually added) and a mild bitterness that sticks to the tongue. A nice, refreshing and light #summerbeer22
