I've saved the worst of the holiday beers until last. This promised much on the label with malts, woodsmoke and toffee. Unfortunately there was something seriously wrong with it. Flat and murky on opening it tasted off and was swiftly poured away. Sure it wasn't meant to be this way as it's supposedly their flagship beer. Unfortunate and will try again. Perhaps the beer gods were punishing me for being greedy 🤔
