The Duck-Rabbit Milk Stout
5.7% Milk Stout / Sweet Stout
The Duck-Rabbit Milk Stout is a traditional full-bodied stout brewed with lactose (milk sugar). Because lactose is unfermentable by brewer's yeast, it remains in the beer. The subtle sweetness and fullness of flavor imparted by this sugar balances the sharpness of the highly roasted grains that give this delicious beer its black color. All year long, Milk Stout is our number one selling beer!

Chocolate, lactose and roasted malts in the aroma. Taste has lactose first, followed by chocolate and roasted malts. The body is almost medium-full with a high, prickly carbonation. The carbonation is very distracting. This could be great, but because of the high carbonation, 3.25/5

Overall a nice, smooth sweet milk stout. Nothing too unique about it, but pleasant nonetheless.

Top 3 milk stouteja tähän asti. Lakroosin määrä on optimoitu sopivaksi, yleensä sitä on liikaa. Hento paahteinen ja suklainen tuoksu. Puhdas, ei virhemakuja.
