Another funky fill from Fuggles & Warlock. A pale gold medium carbonated beer with a loosely packed head that eventually tightens up to leave a much denser lacing foam layer. A tantalizing blend of aromas mix beautifully. Tropical fruits, citrus, orange rind, tangerine, mild grapefruit, white grape juice, grass, and yeast additions which I believe are giving me banana and possibly clove. If not clove some definite spiciness. Flavours are initially citrus, tropical, and stonefruit juicy.l A bit of boozy and light grapefruit dryness inserts itself into the progression as the profile starts to morph into a more saison tartness with the yeast esters coming forward and adding their spicy and banana notes. The finish is little odd with a flavour I can't quite place. Slightly band-aid. But not in a bad way. I find it odd in the beer world that we can use descriptors that sound nasty but work in the brew. This beer works.

Strong saison with a bright and almost bitter citrus forward. Would definitely drink again.
