Tuoksu: Alussa ripaus happamien belgioluiden tapaista etikkamaisuutta, mutta se häviää nopeasti. Pieni chilinen vivahde, mutta pääasiassa trooppista passionhedelmää. Osittain miellyttävä, mutta osittain jopa etova tuoksu. Chili jotenkin sotkee tuoksua. ---- Maku: Passionhedelmäinen kirpeys on pääosassa ja muutenkin hyvin paljon trooppista hedelmäisyyttä, kuten mangoa. Pyöreähkö suutuntuma ja sopivasti happamuutta. Loppuveto tuo esiin limen ja kurkunpäässä tuntuu chili. Mielenkiintoinen makukokemus ja hyvin virkistävä. Pieni epäilys oli chilin toimivuudesta, mutta toimi jopa hämmentävän hyvin. Juotavuus ei mitenkään erityinen, mutta missäpä chilisessä oluessa se olisikaan hyvä?

Today's treat. Wears a sparkling bright yellow dress. A velvety, cloud-white crown forms up to two fingers and dissolves rapidly to a thin lace ring. Salt, lemon and wheat compete for the medals in the olfactory race. A faint idea of capsaicin tickles my nose a bit. Very zesty. The flavor constellation is a product of fresh lemon pulp, zippy lime, salt, faint green grape and a remote hint of rather mild chili, something like in a range of poblano–jalapeño. Then there's something that confuses me for a while until I recognize it: coriander seed. The cocktail is neatly supported by a wheaty backbone. All in all, the zestiness continues from the nose to the tastebuds, and even intensifies. The body is light. The tail is fruity zesty and distantly piquant. Abundant citrus merges with salt. Express train to Mexico speeds across the country, it's already night; spotlights sweep the track so shiny; the aftertaste barks like a coyote, the sound fades into the nose of the locomotive, the moon shines like cheese behind the Sierra Madre. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, pulpy and slightly spicy. It's also a bit drying and zippy as well as moderately tart. Flavorful although it doesn't really echo "Mexico" except with a hint of spicy chili.
