Carbonation is not particularly lofty, and indeed, the emerging head can't even reach half a finger's yardstick. Soon it's dead. Attractive scent: very natural apple mash. And surprisingly powerful pear juice. Like straight from the garden. The taste profile is thin. Apple juice is natural, mashy, rather sour. Pear is wellnigh absent. Still gardeny. The end doesn't change from upfront. Black stray cat sittin' on a fence, ain't got enough dough to pay the rent, the aftertaste's flat broke but it don't care. The mouthfeel is thin, natural, gardeny, somewhat tart and puckery. The taste is lovely but the thinness is a weak link.
