Pale straw, opaque haziness with visible carbonation and fair head retention. Pineapple and citrus fruit aromas on the nose with notes of apricot and peach too. Smooth and soft with medium body and quite a short finish. The pineapple flavour really jumps out and the texture really adds to it, it's like a kind of dessert with pineapple and cream. The 7.5% abv is very well concealed by this brews oat, yeast and hops usage. Apricot, orange blossom and lime flavours can be found underneath the afore mentioned profile. DIPAs can really be a gift when they are like this, big flavour and texture, not the same contents as a pale with extra alcohol, but proportionate increases in the elements coming together to create rich goodness! This brew is very soft and drinkable for a DIPA, it's easy to enjoy. And enjoy it I do.
