PUNK IPA GLUTEN FREE 5,4% India Pale Ale Br. BrewDog 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (Ellon, Aberdeenshire) Bière blonde dorée un peu brumeuse. Parfums de fruits tropicaux. Version déglutenisée de cette bonne IPA de BrewDog. Amère mais bien balancée. ℹ️ IBU 35 Sans gluten : le taux de gluten remarquablement bas est obtenu grâce à l'utilisation d'une enzyme (Clarex) qui décompose le gluten. Houblons : Ahtanum, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Simcoe. Malts : Cara Malt, Pale Ale.
