Nice soft mouthfeel. Not that tropical that I was hoping but still nice beer. Tangerine, grapefruit and some pine. Easy drinking and dry.

Hanasta. Tuoreen hedelmäinen, kauraisen makea ja pehmeä neipa. Perusvarmaa tekemistä Deyalta.

Hanasta. Samea, kirkkaankeltainen. Valkeat vaahdot. Tuoksu hedelmäinen ja sitruksinen. Maku kuiva, pehmeä hedelmäinen, ananasta, passionia ja viljaisuutta. Hyvä olut.

This is another brew without Citra for a change. And this time I miss it. Hazy pale straw complexion and bright tropics on the nose. Soft mouthfeel and medium body with a strong hoppy tang. There's no standout clear flavours, but there's mosaic providing dank pineapple backed up by the New Zealand hop Motueka. It's a fruity mix of pineapple, satsuma, passion fruit and a non-sharp representation of grapefruit. The finish is clean and fast, particularly when you've just cracked it open and taken first few sips. My initial reaction was upon the strata hops and the dry finish it seemly provides. The flavour is strong like a tropical fruit juice and the finish last longer after the beers had time to breathe. It's definitely nicer after being sat out and taking on the ambient room temperature. Mosaic does the hardest work here, Motueka gives depth and Strata boosts hoppy flavour and steers to the finish line.
