Väittäisin jopa kehnoksi coolheadin tuotokseksi. Happamuus on jotenkin happamampi kuin yleensä. ko panimon sourien pehmeään happamuuteen tottuneena tämä on jotenkin hämmentävän poikkeava. Maku muistuttaa enemmän hometta kuin hedelmiä.
