That is a strong double hops bitter bite of flavor. Bitter, very tart, some minor sweetness with the grapefruit bringing up the end. Only have half a glass, beer share with my son-in-law and my son. But I'm still struggling to finish this. Just not good with the super bitter and hop forward beers.
