750ml green glass; pours a medium straw with red highlights, crystal clear, light carbonation; on the nose fresh and complex, full of stewed/ cooked apples, apple sauce, hints of caramel sweetness, possibly toffee apple, wet orchard floor and a ghost of leather; in the mouth it’s fresh and full of cooked apples, sweet but not cloying - nicely balanced with tannins, hints of lemon and tiny bit of caramel apples in the background; overall a lovely low ABV French Cidre, full of character but easy, oodles of apples, lemon and gentle tannins, refreshing delicate lingering aftertaste
