🇨🇵🇨🇵 #36 (voyage en Corse). Une chouette pale ale , assez douce et fraîche. Le côté safran ce fait très discret.

Bière blonde, dorée au safran, jolie mousse blanc cassé. Des arômes floraux, fruits jaunes et épicés, le safran est discret. À la dégustation, le safran arrive brièvement en toute fin de bouche. Plutôt sèche, petite amertume. Une bière originale, et très réussie.

Bière orange trouble, mousse blanche. Odeur fleurie. Goût malté puis pointe de piquant du safran discret qui disparaît progressivement. Bonne idée et bière intéressante...
