It’s amazing to think something so fresh tasting could have begun it’s existence over 4 years ago and yet all this time, remain fresh! This starts dry, tart and slightly bitter but then finishes with a subtle sweetness that is of course all natural. Certainly different, but that’s Labietis through and through. Rowanberry is a new one on me and an interesting addition to a beer. Works really well.
