Go berry go go, Berry B. Goode! This delicious sour presents a harmony between yeast and lactic acid. Berry B. Goode is hopped with Magnum and Sorachi Ace and malted with Pale, wheat and oats. Blueberry and raspberry puree is added at the end of fermentation to give this brew a finish that is balanced with sea salt. Whole vanila pods were then added during aging to round out the flavors on this amazing brew!

Tuoksu todella marjainen, hieman vadelmaa. Maku sopivan hapan, mukavasti marjaisuutta. Jälkimaku säilyy pitkään ja kivaa marjaisuutta.
