Cutting Steps Into The Roof Of The World
6.5% India Pale Ale
This is an IPA brewed with a hefty amount of oats and wheat to push the body to the max. Dry hopped with mosiac, Simcoe and strata for a three way love-in of orange, mango and sweet pine.

Samea, keltainen. Valkoiset vaahdot. Tuoksu aavistuksen hedelmäinen. Maku kuivahko greippinen, viljainen ja hedelmäinen. Neulasta ja humalaa(BB11/11/22) Hyvä olut.

Pale straw and hazy complexion with orange, mango and evergreen forest on the nose. Very soft mouthfeel and medium to full bodied, it's tastes a bit like a dipa. Flavours of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, hint of mango and yes pine all come together in this East meets West coast IPA. There is no lingering finish when compared to resinous brews I've had of late which is welcome considering the body. 6.5% with the bold structure of this bit makes it quite punchy. It's not an easy going pale but it is a hoppy, juicy, flavourful and quite complex brew. Well I say complex...its not going to confound you, just it has different levels to progress through and leave you thinking you've just drunk a spikey orange and mango concoction. Maybe the spikes are pineapple, there is mosaic hops in this after all. Or maybe it's the pine rearing it's head, though certainly not in a herby manner. Tis definitively dry hopped and now each sip increases the length of the finish, still, doesnt coat the tongue so much as it does hug the back of your mouth. It's very nice, soft yet with body and spiky juice.
