Blackberry crumble & custard pastry sour
We’ve done it again! Mashing up two of our favourite series’ (B.P.A.V.K & Forbidden Fruit), we’ve created a sweet & decadent Imperial Pastry Sour. Using our house culture of Lactobacillus & Kviek, we fermented an oat-laden pale base, which was then conditioned on over 500g/l British Blackberry. To add the aspect of custard on your crumble we made a generous addition of the highest quality vanilla custard flavour before packaging. Sweet pudding in a can!
