5.4% Sour / Wild Ale
This delicious sour presents a harmony between yeast and lactic acid. Passion fruit, mango, and pineapple puree is added at the end of fermentation to give this brew a fruity finish that is balanced with sea salt. Papi Mango is hopped with Magnum and Sorachi Ace and malted with pale, wheat and oats.

Tuoksu aika hapan pieni mangon ja anaksen häivähdys. Maku suht kirpeä ja todella hedelmäinen. Maussa vahvsti mangoa ja ananasta. Jälkimaku kirpeän hedelmäinen.
