This Saison Blend is a mixed-fermentation saison combining our Apricot Stone Bière de Saison from 2018 with the younger Grisette from 2021. There is a strong harmony in the blend, a firm tartness from the older saison is dialled back by the pithy Apricot stone and balanced very nicely with the dry and bitter Grisette.

Interesting a blend. You don't see these often outside Belgium.
This is dry, tart, smooth, balanced and light.
I can taste tart gooseberries and apple.
Hoping for more body and flavours. Otherwise quite nice blend.
