Pure Simcoe intensity! We wanted to create a Single Hop Series using the most expressive hops we could find for each single variety and used an unreasonable amount of Simcoe Cryo for this Beer to showcase the great complexity Simcoe has to offer.

Comme une Single Hop IPA allemande. Chouette design en mode pédale de guitare. Le Simcoe dans toute sa splendeur ! C'est bien fruité, légèrement onctueux, une pointe sèche en fin de bouche. Une bière de bonne qualité. Fin de canette : du dépôt plus qu'il n'en faut, et un goût peu plaisant, proche du hop burn.

Simcoe sinkkuhumaloitu NEIPA Bavarian pääkaupungista, eli True Brewn Lupotronic: Simcoe Fuzzbox. Pehmää, hedelmäisyys ei ihan niin huumaavaa kun tyylin huipuissa, Simcoen käyttö tosin antoi tätä odottaakin. Katkeroakin löytyy, ihan juotavaa perustason modernia IPAa.
