An American Brown Ale made with a careful balance of lager, chocolate, vienna and medium crystal malt. Citra leaf on the hotside, Cascade and Columbus hops in the whirlpool and a dry hop of Mosaic, Enigma and Cryo-Simcoe to finish. Made with our friends Sophie de Ronde and Burnt Mill Brewery.
