Thornbridge x Allkin Brewing Collaboration The name symbolises the journey Allkin are taking to literally rise from the ashes, after their first brewery (Good Things Brewing Co) was destroyed by lightning! For our collaboration, we have made a dry-hopped saison, an exquisite and sparkling style that lifts the palate with a spicy and fruity character which is elevated with touches of lemon and pineapple from the hop additions.
