This is a new brewery to me. Happened to walk by this bar, why not give it a try? The beer is beautiful, murky ruby. Looks really full-colored. Carbonation is tame and releases a restrained light-pinkish lace ring on the surface. The scent is nicely juicy with raspberry mash and a suggestion of lingonberry. The flavor combination is simple and juicy: raspberry mash is powerful, accompanied by redcurrant and lingonberry. Wheat malt supports the foundation. The body is light. The finish is equally raspberry juicy as upfront. The aftertaste is on the road again, for pretty long. The mouthfeel is light, rich in berries, summery, refreshing as well. It's medium-tart, acidic and drying. Also moderately puckering. Solid piece!
