A modern take on a German Pils. Hopped with Perle and Ariana for notes of noble hop, slight spice and light stone fruit. We finish with a small Callista dry hop to introduce some refreshing citrusy highlights. The fresh hoppy characteristics are balanced with a subtle breadiness from the premium Finnish Pilsner malts.
