Molto profumata, agrumata. Analogo il gusto al primo impatto, molto amara, compensato da un maltato forte ma non eccessivo (l'appellativo RED IPA è perfetto), meglio versata in un unico colpo perché il fondo bilancia il tutto al meglio.
