Great beer this. Again, really good drinkability but just completely different flavours to the previous. Much more grapey and dry. Hints of other fruits but generally NB elson sauvin forward. Slight dry and resinous, but overall a really good beer.

I really enjoyed this beer. What I love about Pollys beers is that they are always different for the right reasons. This one wasn’t to heavy on the nose but then smashed me in the mouth with its complex flavours that reminded me of Campino sweets. Loved it!

IPA, citra, mosaic, nelson sauvin, vic secret. Bouche fruité et légèrement floral. Amertume moyenne
