As the name suggests this is a very dark, red hued beer. Classed as a strong Mild with a deceptively smooth, chocolaty taste. Made from Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts with torrefied wheat. Single hopped with Progress hops and late hopped with Northdown for aroma.
