Okay. A craft beer in 🇺🇦 Nevertheless, I didn't realize that I had had this beer before. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Well, "repetitio est mater studiorum" like the Romans used to say. Opaque, deep dark brown beer with a silky fawn head that surpasses one finger. The head shrinks gradually but wafts as a dense lacing on the top for long. An intensive coffeeish scent. Not sweet-leaning cappuccino though. I can still imagine a hint of lactose and oat biscuit in the background. The taste is rather dry coffeeish but a wink of lactose does actually pop up occasionally behind the scenes. Lactose, raw cacao powder, cinnamon and a little dash of ash do their tricks in the shadows. The body is light-medium to medium. Ends with raw smashed coffee beans but lactose leaves a faint sweet impression on the tastebuds. The mouthfeel is medium, very dry, drying but also lip-glueing. Super coffeeish but I can't associate it with cappuccino. Obviously more appealing than earlier.

🇺🇦🇺🇦 un peu décevante. On nous promet du caramel, de la cannelle , du chocolat et du café. Pour finir en bouche on a juste du café et une pointe de chocolat. Un stout assez classique dans l'ensemble.

Hathor milk stout cappuccino - Rebrew - 6,1%. Une milk stout ukrainienne brassée avec du café et de la cannelle. Quel résultat ? Une robe noire opaque mais avec microbulles stagnantes apparentes. La mousse café disparaîtra aussi vite qu'elle était apparue et laisse un sommet totalement noir de stout classique. Le nez est légèrement café et on ne sent rien d'autre. La texture est d'abord soyeuse mais ne tient pas sur la distance et laisse une impression aqueuse sur la durée. Les saveurs sont plutôt diffuses et exclusivement portées sur un café plutôt flotté façon café long américain. Le final est (un peu) amer (ibu à 25). Mouais, bon... Pfff... Très très moyen d'après mes standards.

Aamukahvi aamun kierrokselle. Maitoinen makea cappuccino. Kun ei kieltä osaa lukea, jää avoimeksi miten rakkauden ja ilon egyptiläinen jumala liittyy tähän tuotokseen.

Solidarity Beer 🇺🇦 heute ist das Hathor Milk Stout Cappuccino von Rebrew aus Kyjiv. (Grüße dabei an Wexi ;)) Das 6,1% starke Stout ist tiefschwarz und schluckt Licht. Beim Öffnen der Dose gab es kein Zisch, und im Schaum keinen Schaum :/ Olfaktorisch gibt der Trunk süßliche Noten von Toffee, Vanille und Röstmalz her. Am Gaumen bleibt das Stout sehr weich (jetzt bin ich nicht ganz sicher, ob hier nicht doch ein minimales Löchlein in der Dose war). Abgesehen davon kommen vanillige Noten und süße Toffee und Schoko-Noten an die Geschmacksknospen. Darunter mischen sich dezent Röstmalz und eine leichte Herbe im Abgang. Das Ganze ist sehr ausgewogen und harmonisch. Gefällt mir soweit gut, wobei mir halt doch ein klitzekleinwenig Sprutz fehlt.

Alright, it seems to be the last dance for tonight. It's also solidarity beer #8 🇺🇦 Muddy black beer with laidback carbonation produces a latte-hued head that doesn't even spread all over the surface and dissolves quickly to the sidelines to a hair-thin circle. The fragrance offers roasted malt, coffee and rye. All of them in small volumes. The tastebuds receive sweet coffee, because of lactose obviously, raw chocolate, cookie and a pinch of brownie. The flavors are fine but the package performs unsatisfactorily, to be honest. The body is light. It's not thin but after a couple of 8–12 % bigger beers, this feels skinny. Anyway, it's light when assessed objectively. The finish is similar, I spot especially sweet coffee, milk chocolate, lactose and a suggestion of vanilla. The aftertaste is pretty long-lived though. The mouthfeel is light, soft and smooth, and serves also a faintly raw characteristic. Simple and straightforward.

Une mise en bière ukrainienne un peu acqueuse mais avec du caractère. Le café est très puissant avec un côté onctueux lacté . L'aspect cappuccino est bien présent. C'est une stout titrant 6,1 ° et non une impérial stout. D'où la légèreté relative. Hathor de Rebrew fait le taf même si on pouvait attendre mieux d'une déesse. Sympa.
