Dinner @ a Nepalese. Meal accompaniments. The first one is actually from 🇳🇵 Clear, pale amber beer. A restrained off-white head. Sweet malt, biscuit, bread and distant caramel in the air. Faint honey? Hmmm, maybe. Or not. The same experience on the tastebuds. Sweet malt, for sure. Biscuit, sweet bread, apricot. Not exactly fully predictable. The sensation is light, soft, smooth, balanced and clean. Savory. Or maybe I'm just hungry?
