My last beer in Rome this time 🥲 I'll go for a low-alc Dark Mild. The beer colors murky, dark brown. Restrained carbonation lays a meager cappuccino-covered head that decorates the sides for long. The top is otherwise quite messy, like patchy. The scent gives faint smoke, roasted malt and a pinch of rye bread. The tastebuds receive thin roasted malt, a small injection of raw cacao powder, rye dough and a drop of blackcurrant juice. The body is skinny. The finish carries the same components to the very end that comes relatively fast. The mouthfeel is thin, faintly roasty, dry and drying. Very easy and follows nicely the style criteria.
