IBU 0 To celebrate our sixth anniversary, we took our aging program to a new level with this beer. Pouring a pale orange-pink, this Kriek was aged in our oak Foeder, then blended with montmorency tart cherries. With ample brettanomyces and cherry on the nose, and subtle hints of kitchen spice from having been aged on whole fruit, this beer balances puckering sour with refreshing fruit and complex wild yeast.
