Hop Harvest is an exploration of the results of our first hop selection. In September 2021 we went to Washington and Oregon to pick the fields of hops we will brew with in 2022. Our Citra IPA was brewed with hops hand selected from Yakima Chief Hops. We picked this field from BC Hop Ranch in Oregon for its intensely citrusy and sweet aromatics. We’re excited to see how the aromas we released rubbing the hops during selection translate to flavours in the finished beer.
