Second Stout of the night via Duo with the son-in-law in Texas. Surprised to bring this back from Texas only to find out it's from Wisconsin. Great name ( her name badge says Karen ). No hiding this aroma, nutmeg, spice and notes of licorice. From the can, it poured with a brown and red color. Small head, disappears. Soft and deliciously creamy texture. Flavor brings, first the nutmeg, then cinnamon, and then the allspice. None impairs the other, blended perfectly and compliments each other. Behind the pallet has a hidden mildly roasted base. The finish only continues this pleasurable experience adding only a gentle amount of dryness. Despite its angry name and artwork ( awesome ), this is an excellent beer. At 10.3% alcohol I was never able to detect any of it. No warming in the throat or in the belly. Amazing. This is perhaps not a great beer but a damn good one.
