Departure beer 🛫🍺 This is the last untasted beer of this airport bar. No need to stop here anymore in the near future. Limpid ruby beer. Looks very much like cherry juice. The emerging head colors light maroon and displays a velvety texture. Lingers neatly on the top for quite a long time. Cherry juice dominates the scent. Not very powerful but sufficiently easy to recognize. A distant grassy hoppy note wants to join the show. Simple as expected. Sweet cherry juice shows its modest bitter side with grassy elements. The hops obviously do their tricks in the concoction. But basically, that's the whole story. Oh, btw, no alcohol despite the ABV. The body is light. The finish sends identical signals as upfront. Doesn't surprise me though. Hey sister, go sister, soul sister, flow sister; he met marmalade down in old Moulin Rouge; struttin' the aftertaste on the street; she said "hello, hey Joe, you wanna give it a go?" The mouthfeel is light, juicy, rich in berries, summery and unbeery. Fruit Beers are not my thing. Most of them. I'm not sure if they are anybody's thing but still they exist. Within a narrow subcategory of sweet-leaning fruit beers, this is still exceptionally nice. Hence the rating.
