Easy drinking pale ale with a nicely balanced profile. An experimental hop variety was used for bitterness and flavor notes which present as subtle tropical fruit. Little to no bitterness with slight malt notes in the finish. A nice refreshing brew to compliment our hot summer weather.

First time in Columbia Missouri trying the beers at Flat Branch Pub and Brewing.
Third beer on a flight of six.
Medium yellow color, slightly hazy. Has soft mouthfeel that is light with a little bit of cracker. Some bitterness toward the finish, very dry. 3.3
