With family in Pearland Texas visiting a new brewery for me, Bakfish Brewing. Nice facility, lots of customers and a very friendly staff. Second beer on my second flight. Pale gold and clear in color. Distinct pilsner aroma. Texture is much softer than American pilsners. Smooth, a nice sweet quality, close to a corn mash. More sweet malt. Moves effortlessly into the finish bringing a pleasant European bitterness to this pilsner. Far superior to any big brewery American pilsners. Excellent
