With family in Pearland Texas visiting a new brewery for me, Bakfish Brewing. Nice facility, lots of customers and a very friendly staff. First beer on second flight. In a flight in a small snifter glass, filled to the top so almost no aroma. Clear golden color. Soft texture with a very mild hop bite. Mild notes of sweet corn that slowly moves into a satisfying finish. This is a very drinkable beer. I could sit back and have these all afternoon. Well done.
