With family in Pearland Texas visiting a new Brewery for me, Bakfish Brewing. Nice facility, lots of customers and a very friendly staff. First beer on this flight of four. No head in this small snifter, faint amber aroma. Clear orange color. Medium texture with a dry feel. Notes of lemon, grain, a fleeting hop bitterness. Finishing dry with no aftertaste. A good beer but not getting Amber or Mexican flair.
